pm: sprint relay skate - intervals 10min, 35min easy
Thursday
am: skate 2hrs
pm: skate 50min with sprints, dpm 40min with 4by3min intervals, situps 15min
Friday
am: classic 2hrs 50min with sprints
pm: situps 15min
Saturday
am: skate 1hr 30min, with one 5min interval
pm: rest
Sunday
am: 7.5km classic race(20min), 40min easy
pm: 7.5km skate race(25min), 55min easy
