Welcome to the sixth year of Ski Team in Australia. We tried to dump it but Allison McArdle has stepped into the breach. Yada yada, The rules are the same as the last few years and listed below. The only change is that there are six events, including 2 sprints.
Ski Team is free - at most you might have to pay for a stamp for your entry. Follow the results of the competition throughout August on the internet.

There may some but untill Al gets off her bum and organises some we can't confirm what they are.
You have 500 points from which to select a team of five skiers from the skier ranking list. Each team must have at least two skiers of each sex. Other Australians not on the list may be included in teams at a cost of 20 points. International skiers may not be selected, however they will be used in the points calculations.
Skiers receive points from top 30 placings in the following races:
The points system used is the same as for World Cup competition;
100 points for first place, 80 for second, 60, 50, 45, 40, 36, 32,
29, 26, 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 15, and so on down to 1 point for 30th
place. Teams must be entered the day before the first race on
Saturday August 7. A maximum of three teams is allowed per person.
The winners will be the teams with the most points for each round of competition, and also the team with the most points for all six rounds.
