Where and when to pick up your race bib
The Race Office is the auditorium next door to the Mt Beauty Visitor Information Centre on the left of the Kiewa Valley Highway as you enter Mt Beauty. There is a large car park on the opposite side of the road.
Your bag will be labelled with your name, distance, age class and start time. Please check the details. Note that your class is calculated on the age you will turn this year. Keep your bib in its envelope till race day so you don't lose it or mix it up with someone else.
The Office will open at 2 p.m. on Saturday August 19th and will be open for the next 8 days for the collection of race bags, registrations and sale of merchandise.
Sat 19th - Thurs 24th: 2 - 6pm;
Fri 25th: 10 a.m – midnight;
Sat 26th: Race day 6.30 - 8.30 a.m & 2 - 6 p.m.
Post-race: Sun 27th Aug: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Post race information, results, purchase of merchandise, passport stamping, etc)
If you have a problem on the day, find the official in the Information/Passport tent in the Nordic Bowl next to the First Aid tent.
What's in your bag?
Your bib, of course, as well as a gift from our major sponsor, AGL Hydro, your commemorative badge, some yummy samples from Brazen Brownies and Cadbury, and a number of other items including stickers to mark your skis. Keep your bib in your named envelope till race day. This is especially important for family groups, so you don't mix up your bibs!
