What an incredible performance. Updates were coming through to the Moraparken Hotel by phone from ASI XC coach Christer Skog(who has Eurosport), then the result flashed up briefly on Swedish television - Australian wins World Cup Slalom!! The news must be everywhere in Australia now, but we're still excited.

Congratulations to Zali for her fantastic result. She has set the standard for Australian skiing and it's up to the rest of us to follow.
